Hello to all... Hey Scott... Will look for my vintage photos (going home to Cyprus for easter) and will post the asap.

Blogger TheStreetFashion5xpro said ... (8:21 AM) :

great class...

Anonymous Dawne said ... (8:22 AM) :

I wonder what his shoes, or boots, look like?

Anonymous Kristijonas said ... (8:56 AM) :

Sophisticated as always I see.

The sweater underneath his sports coat is bothering me though. Otherwise I absolutely love the aged, thick, "classic" look of his clothes, and the blue-tinted sunglasses complete it.

Blogger U-NI-TY said ... (8:57 AM) :

He has a great style, a little bit funny with that trousers. But it works!

Blogger urbanmosadi said ... (9:07 AM) :

Round neck crew with the dbl-breasted jacket and the chocolate gloves? The Blue tint of his frames is what gets me. Winner (:

Blogger Nai said ... (9:07 AM) :

that jacket is so perfect, i'll forgive him for the cigarette.

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:14 AM) :

wow...he dresses to impress

Anonymous loren barake said ... (9:19 AM) :

nice blazer!

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:30 AM) :

Those glasses are really nice, anyone know where/how to find them?

Anonymous FvaD. said ... (9:34 AM) :

Mr. Cortina is a manifestation of Elegance from head to toe... look at his body language ( his fingers precisely ! )

Blogger Abby said ... (9:40 AM) :

Mr Cortina is

Italian
gay
a dandy
I love the sleeves length and the gloves-perfect
Mr Cortina has a lot of class

Blogger bird of light said ... (10:01 AM) :

Slick!

Blogger anthony said ... (10:06 AM) :

You have to get used to the strong line of the crew neck. A vee might have been softer. The spectacles are attractive but too large for his face. He still looks impressive.

Blogger Allen - East Hampton said ... (10:06 AM) :

Note to George -
Seriously, can I have you old clothes? I'm a 32-33 waist and 42 regular. Are we a match?
Let me know.
Thanks

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:06 AM) :

the sunglasses... apres moi le deluge as always direct and to the point ..thanks

EXCUSE ME. WHO IS MR. CORTINA??

Blogger Unknown said ... (2:52 PM) :

Love the glove standing in for a pocket square.

Blogger Barbara von Enger said ... (4:02 PM) :

Though the look is well-turned out. I love the detail of his hand/fingers along with the rest, without the hand detail this look would not be quite finished;-)

Anonymous pCB said ... (4:12 PM) :

i love this blazer...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:24 PM) :

Interesting choice of sunglasses - kinda 70s.... The blazer is to die for - well made, might even be vintage. The Sart can always spy a well dresses man!

Anonymous princess glee said ... (4:26 PM) :

He looks great! Albeit effeminate, still, great. Looks like a man who'd wear a memorable cologne.

Blogger burcu d. said ... (6:04 PM) :

he has such a perfect style!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:17 PM) :

Please enlighten me and tell me if those pants are green or gray... I am not sure but i own a pair of pants right in between those two colors and i've always wanted to pair them with a blue blazer but was always afraid of doing it. What do you think?

Anonymous Helena said ... (11:34 PM) :

I LOOOOOVED the sunglasses.
Pretty amazing!!

Anonymous C. said ... (6:54 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:44 PM) :

Mr. Cortina, Mr. George Cortina is the most stylish man I know. Made all the more stylish by being a kind a jovial gentleman.

Glad to see he's a regular here.

Anonymous SartorialStudent said ... (5:42 PM) :

I enjoy the gloves nestled in the top pocket and the frames are very retro!

Blogger MOD PAUL said ... (5:48 PM) :

Alright, enough already with the gloves in the jacket pocket.. It's o.v.e.r.. Think I might start putting my toothbrush in mine...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:15 PM) :

Cortina strikes again!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:01 PM) :

Great Glasses!

Blogger Unknown said ... (6:23 PM) :

This bloke always seems to hold himself as if a camera is watching him, which seems to be the opposite of 'effortless' to me...

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:08 PM) :

if those are olive green double knee linen pants then i am so envious. and the rounded tip of the peaked lapel on the double-breasted jacket is exceedingly casual, so unfair where can i get it? the color palate is of a man's half his age but the glasses and the gloves ensure his maturity.

Anonymous Johnny said ... (9:58 AM) :

Don't you just love the gloves?

Blogger Connie said ... (12:02 PM) :

Such a classic style and so well pulled off.

The Heartbreak

Anonymous Bob Mack said ... (9:13 PM) :

Blogger Elizabeth Grab said ... (9:42 PM) :

He always reminds me of James Bond. There is something so classically but unconsciously chic in his style.
