Blogger Jorge from W Palm Beach said ... (8:16 AM) :

Simple. Love her black bra peeping from under the red dress. It sort of tells you "I know what I am doing underneath this little dress." I also like how she draped her jacket (?) across her shoulders, like it is not too precious. Great picture!

Anonymous spoozyliciouzz said ... (8:34 AM) :

Can´t say that i like the red dress two much, but what i really like about this pic is the mixture of colours: the yellow taxi, the blue bike and her red dress.

So: good shot sart :-)

Blogger Shadan said ... (8:36 AM) :

chilling!

Blogger Mr. Fletcher said ... (8:37 AM) :

I love it a lot less when they choose to wear ballerinas that make feet look like sausages on the pedal ;)

everything else is simply lovely.

beautiful and sexy. the colors also blend really nicely together.

Anonymous Ava said ... (10:01 AM) :

Love the effortlessness of the haphazard layer (scarf? cardigan?) over her dress, not to mention her sweet vintage bike!

Blogger *elvan said ... (10:27 AM) :

her face is very charactheristic, as if it tells a story. and red dress makes me so ready for summer. simple but nice style! is she going home? may be to swimming. I also want to see more bikes!

Not just girls in New York... Girls in San Francisco wear cute dresses to ride their bikes! (I say as a girl in a little red dress who rode her bike to work this morning.)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:48 PM) :

the only thing cuter than a girl on a bike in a dress is a girl on a bike in a dress with a helmet!!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:59 PM) :

I love the flats and the way her foot is about to pop out. So sexy!!

Blogger VanessasRunway said ... (1:03 PM) :

She looks so classy! I could not pull off the dress & bike look.

Don't even get me started on English weather... It's like living in Narnia.

I love all your snaps. (:

Blogger yesnoyes said ... (1:57 PM) :

same with Toronto!

Anonymous Rokhayakebe said ... (2:22 PM) :

I would love to be that bicycle.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:49 PM) :

pink handlebars!!!! sorry more into the handles than the outfit.

Anonymous princess glee said ... (4:07 PM) :

I noticed that phenom of a girl wearing a cute dress while biking here in Marina del Rey, CA. I thought she was a tourist and wasn't prepared for riding a bike but decided to do it anyway. I'd consider it and would definitely wear a romper. Why not have a little sass while cycling.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:35 PM) :

She looks fine, but all I can think is OH GOD PLEASE DON'T GET HIT BY A CAB. I know it's an unpopular view in the world of fashion, but wearing a helmet is mandatory if it WILL save your good-looking head if you get hit by a car...and I it's true from experience. Maybe it's not mandatory in a more bike-friendly city, but NY? That's insane.

Blogger Juliet said ... (5:29 PM) :

The mini dress in combination with a racing bike should be quite a challenge!

Anonymous American in AMS said ... (5:32 PM) :

Come to AMS...not only are there girls in cute dresses on bikes, but there are also men in tailored suits on bikes. Heavenly.

As for this pic, I think the sleeves are so much fun.

Blogger Joshua said ... (5:34 PM) :

Awesome Style.
Love the pink and blue on the bike.

Blogger Tayo said ... (6:11 PM) :

ahhh the cute girl on the racing bike.. come down to Austin and these are a dime a dozen

Blogger jestandefer said ... (6:51 PM) :

love it too but she would be way cuter with a helmet!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:11 PM) :

That's not exactly the best attire for biking, is it? :D I'd love to do it with proper biking shorts inside.

Also, the best comment here: "the only thing cuter than a girl on a bike in a dress is a girl on a bike in a dress with a helmet!!!!"

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:52 PM) :

yay for chic cyclists! and for bicycles of course - green is the new black!

Anonymous Jaime said ... (9:43 PM) :

Cute girls in Amsterdam (likely the world's bike CAPITAL!) do the same! Plus heels! Plus children, groceries, purse, cell phone, etc... All while looking absolutely stunning. Go to Amsterdam!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:43 PM) :

girls on the west coast do this too :)

Anonymous Jonathan Hollin said ... (12:22 AM) :

Damn... she's got great legs too. I think I'm in love.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:48 AM) :

gosh, that's a cute dress. It's not that easy to find summery dresses with sleeves, at least from what i've found. Strappy dresses are great, but there are days covering up a bit feels more effortless (don't have to worry about bra lines as much, etc)

Anonymous Hawthorne said ... (2:13 AM) :

where's her helmet?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:07 AM) :

ahhhh...summer in the city. i can't wait for it!

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (4:50 AM) :

You should definitely come to AMSTERDAM. Loads and loads of cool people riding their bikes.

Or perhaps I should make some pics of stylishly dressed people over here?

Great shot. I wonder what dress she´s wearing.

Anonymous Antonio Barros said ... (5:11 AM) :

Amazing picture!!!

Blogger jamiebentley said ... (8:26 AM) :

I need that dress. I'm on a mission for either that dress or a pattern similar to it. I NEED THAT DRESS!!!

Blogger Frangisguardo said ... (9:29 AM) :

bellissima

Blogger Roxy Starr said ... (12:02 PM) :

hopefully shes wearing some biker shorts under.

adorable though. I like this photo a lot.

Blogger Shanice said ... (2:02 PM) :

adorable. Girls in Toronto rock this look in a very similar fashion too.

Anonymous STORM of London said ... (2:20 PM) :

I wish this was possible in SF...its just always so cold!

Blogger Lili said ... (3:06 PM) :

Besides the missing helmet and the impractical (and, dare I say, possibly dangerous) ballerina flats, I find it a bit disturbing that she's riding a man's bike in a dress. It's not that hard to ride a bike in a dress, but getting on and off over the high bar without showing your skivvies is somewhat difficult.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:51 PM) :

So cool!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:25 PM) :

with her avant-gardness and laxness she is the most sexiest girl ive seen since a while..wow

Blogger Gabi Davies said ... (8:28 PM) :

i love that style. here in rio you can't see much of this.. but i think it is quite stylish the way she uses the dress while riding the bike. it is quite 'old school' as well..

Anonymous Christa said ... (9:07 PM) :

Very cool

Would love to see more Cycle Chic! :)

Blogger Mariona said ... (2:09 AM) :

just 11 !!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:41 AM) :

this is very urban chic, and i love it! a summer in the city tempts after looking at this picture.

Blogger Orkun said ... (4:24 AM) :

This is an absolute jaw-dropper, with the hot red dress and yellow cab combined.

One of my favorites.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:18 PM) :

Nice dress i loved it <3!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:57 AM) :

She looks like a Vancouver Girl..very cute

Anonymous Georgia said ... (9:50 AM) :

hurrah for bicycles!

Love the dress aswell

eh...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:33 PM) :

for those who agree with "the only thing cuter than a girl on a bike in a dress is a girl on a bike in a dress with a helmet"

Better than a helmet, and much more stylish, would be cars that care about their city's cyclists and give them a little breathing room on the roads.

Blogger João Paulo Ribas said ... (1:14 AM) :

This is so DKNY ...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:59 AM) :

So where do we find the dress?

Blogger Dottie said ... (8:33 PM) :

I love the bicycle pictures. This one perfectly exemplifies the phrase: Put the fun between your legs - ride a bike!

Blogger Impeded Stream said ... (12:37 PM) :

Girl? Looks like a young woman to me... Would you call a male of the same age a boy? Probably not.

Blogger William Cameron Allen said ... (2:14 AM) :

My bike looks JUST LIKE THAT!

Anonymous K. said ... (9:15 PM) :

Well, I would call a male of the same age a boy. "Girls" "boys" and "guys" until they're gray and dignified.

She's so cool looking, I love seeing a dress like that in action and not so prettied up.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:43 AM) :

I don't really understand how she can cycle and not showing her underwear...
