YES.

Blogger yumiko said ... (12:26 PM) :

i love the colour of her coat!, and that random bit of fur adds a nice touch.

Anonymous Leia said ... (12:28 PM) :

Great scarf and shoes!

Blogger The Clever Pup said ... (12:29 PM) :

You made her day. It's obvious.

Blogger Elen said ... (12:37 PM) :

i am loving the whole thing!

Blogger brave_new_frock said ... (12:41 PM) :

fantastique! so paris-chic. but a bit of it in a funny way, is so L.A. (where I live), what with sandals and a coat....! I like the light jeans actually.

Blogger 1929 Again said ... (12:47 PM) :

Everything about this outfit/her is so delightfully sassy.

Blogger La chica said ... (12:54 PM) :

delicious smile...

Blogger miss sophie said ... (1:01 PM) :

now THIS is the way to do animal print. i also love the random shock of fur on her shawl/poncho. it anchors the entire proportions of her look.

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:12 PM) :

Furtive look :)
A foxy girl!
Like it :)

Blogger maggie_hogan said ... (1:18 PM) :

it's so clear that everyone in nyc is dying for spring!!! sandals and coats, layers on top with bare ankles on bottom... but it looks fabulous!!!

Anonymous suzanne nelson said ... (1:29 PM) :

The colours and proportions are great, i love her coat, recently i've been attract to green more and more. The fox makes it for me; whereas Coco Chanel said look in the mirror and take one thing off i look in the mirror and add a swathe of dead animal. Every time.

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:32 PM) :

Love the mix between the leopard-print scarf and the green outer-coat.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:36 PM) :

She is super-sexy with a great smile and her jeans and shoes are wonderful. But, she has too much going on with the coat and the fur and scarf and the bag... Still, wouldn't you like to know her better.

Blogger tuleep said ... (1:51 PM) :

I have been on the hunt for extremely light denim like that for months! Perfect pants and a delightful mix of winter and spring items.

Blogger Pascal Grob said ... (2:01 PM) :

I love this on so many levels (and layers) :)

Anonymous T o n j e said ... (2:06 PM) :

Amazing!

Blogger Zernike said ... (2:06 PM) :

A great transition of the seasons photo. The light color of her pants and open shoes versus the coat and fur...winter meet spring! I could imagine her flinging off the coat as the sun comes out. The leopard brightens the whole look and ties it together.

Blogger louise or valentine said ... (2:08 PM) :

amazing!
though i wish it were more spring time like in new york city. we shouldn't be wearing coats anymore!
where is the sunshine? the HEAT?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:18 PM) :

This one i love! She is just wonderful, the shoes, I want those shoes, I love the coat, the jeans, the smile, her hair, and she looks really happy with herself. This is a really really beautiful woman!

Blogger ... said ... (2:32 PM) :

i love it when they add color!

Blogger Dhppy said ... (2:33 PM) :

This seems to be a continuation of your earlier theme of Spring Knocking. Her top half is Winter, but the bottom half says Spring. The mix doesn't stop there. She also has the face of a French woman and the self assured pose of a New Yorker.

Blogger Kelly Walker said ... (2:47 PM) :

such funky shape, color, and proportion, its lovely! wish she'd left off the extra leopard-print scarf though

Anonymous Jacques said ... (2:49 PM) :

Sassy indeed. Beautiful legs! though I think really white jeans would bring out their beauty even more.
Lovely picture, lovely woman.

Blogger Miiicha said ... (3:08 PM) :

Love the scarf it says RAAW !

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:10 PM) :

boots would have worked better with this outfit....but beyond that she has a tartish quality about her nonetheless. Very playful! Nice shot, by the way!

Anonymous daisy said ... (3:13 PM) :

OMG! she is great! does anyone know where her scarf came from?

Blogger long time coming said ... (3:15 PM) :

love, love, love

Blogger Angeles Almuna said ... (3:25 PM) :

Good combination of layers, wild shoes and fabulous sunny day!!!

Blogger janine said ... (3:47 PM) :

Wonderful photo - she looks so happy to be in her own skin (and clothes!) Her feet look like they can't wait to move - playfully and joyfully - she has liberated her feet into the sunshine of spring by wearing those wonderful sandals - Her smile mirrors that attitude. Beautiful!

Anonymous noel said ... (3:47 PM) :

love the new set of nyc pics. very cheery, flirty, i sort of unexpect this of nyc, but yay!

Blogger thimbles and gingham said ... (3:58 PM) :

i love the scarf but its all a bit much for me.

Blogger Devon said ... (4:12 PM) :

take my picture, haha :D

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:13 PM) :

A more daring Jennifer Aniston...Very interesting how she uses animal skin (both the fake fur and the leopard pattern on shoes and scarf) as neutrals - together with the grey-ish skinny trousers against the complementary green jacket and burgundy-red sweater.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:20 PM) :

Gorgeous!
I'm diggin' that jean/strappy heels combo :)

Blogger Karen said ... (4:31 PM) :

I like the way she wears those colors and incorporates little accents like the fur and the scarf. I really want a scarf like that!

Blogger FASHION CHALET said ... (4:31 PM) :

Great shot!

I'm really loving that velvety green cape :)

xx

Anonymous holierthannow said ... (5:31 PM) :

you're missing out on a lot of magic style moments on broadway/prince these days

if you can stand the tourists : ) which i guess you can if you're on 5th/Mad ... !!

Blogger Marina said ... (5:32 PM) :

Blogger Erik Hoff said ... (5:32 PM) :

Lavish and scandalous.

Blogger amalie said ... (6:08 PM) :

way cool. love her jeans ! x

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:20 PM) :

dear sartonialist,
Now she be styling and smiling in a good way except it looks like her feet are killing her by the not so hot fit on the shoes.
h

Blogger Unknown said ... (6:28 PM) :

She herself has something alluring about her but I think this look is a bit messy; as an earlier poster said it has too much going on; between the gatheirn gof the pants and the looseness of all the various layers on top, including her hair, the eye gets lost.

Blogger defeated.censor. said ... (6:33 PM) :

absolutely lovely

Blogger Cassiopeia said ... (7:03 PM) :

loving that scarf so very much.

great lighting.

Anonymous Liz said ... (7:24 PM) :

gorgeous color palette

Anonymous Wildbluesun said ... (7:37 PM) :

Now that's how you use animal print. Too much makes you look like a hooker, but just having accents like that...

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:20 PM) :

what a lovely eye catcher.
i, am such a sucker for a girl in tight pants and pretty high heels. the great smile on her face, in combination with the loose coat, is a quality beyond words. nice photo!

Blogger Joy Mars said ... (9:50 PM) :

All the colors she's wearing are also in the background. Nice photo. The sun makes the city look Spring-like. But I can't imagine walking more than a couple of short city blocks in those shoes.

Anonymous Celebrity-image said ... (9:53 PM) :

i love the colour of her coat

Anonymous fashiondick said ... (10:07 PM) :

she looks so happy and comfortable...very cool........

Blogger Joanna Lee said ... (10:39 PM) :

It's amazing how women can wear heels while walking in New York! She's definitely has a unique sense of style. Her outfit seems to fit her personality!

Anonymous Hrhkat said ... (10:47 PM) :

I love the scarf, but the outfit would have been better without it. The rule is to take one accessory off before you leave the house. I know she was trying to match the shoes, but its just a bit much,I like the green coat and the fur though.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:14 PM) :

I was debating on whether I should get this scarf or not, I'm glad I did, it looks great on her, btw it's from H&M

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:33 AM) :

Blogger Amra said ... (6:27 AM) :

Lovely shoes and I love those jeans!

Blogger Tiger Fodder said ... (7:00 AM) :

I love the skinny jean and on a long legged woman they look divine. Her shoes are wonderful. The color combination is excellent. The coat is spot on. The scarf adds an excellent accent and matches the shoes. It's great to see people that can dress with simple pieces like her.

Blogger Shadan said ... (8:13 AM) :

refreshing face and hair color!

Anonymous sophies said ... (11:30 AM) :

The deep crimson and dark shade of green that her top and coat combine is lovely and rich. Great collabration of colour and layers

Love the whole outfit, especially the color of the skinny jeans with the leopard shoes and scarf.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:12 AM) :

it's completely true that we new yorkers are desperate for spring!

the colors are so rich and luxurious especially because they look thrown together in such an off hand way. lovely!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:48 AM) :

I LOVE THIS! She's an inspiration :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:51 AM) :

great fur and jeans

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:36 AM) :

I was in New York, for the first time, on April 1st, as a side trip, on my honeymoon. As my wife and I walked up and down 5th Avenue, every guy I saw with a camera, I stared at - fingers crossed - hoping to be asked to stand still for a moment... where were you?

Blogger pia said ... (12:34 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:24 PM) :

I adore her green cape and oversized bag. I even like the leopard print scarf, and I very rarely like animal print.

I won't talk about my opinion of the fox because this probably isn't the best place to air my views on fur.

Blogger Tatiana Nguyen said ... (12:15 AM) :

thumbs up!

Blogger Julie The Vintage Goddess said ... (2:52 PM) :

Love the green with the fur and animal print, but her toes look soooooo cold.

a Smile of Complicty ... and you can get away with ANYTHING

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:55 AM) :

i wrote 'sex' but it got censored... - rightfully so!
because this picture is 'ultra mega super sexy' --- lovely girl.

Blogger Jessie Birnberg said ... (4:46 PM) :

Luv the shoes and the pants. The scarf is a nice touch which brightens up the whole outfit. Luv the fur--we all want those shoes.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:30 PM) :

Love the outfit. Just bought light jeans and was having second thoughts, seeing this makes me reconsider.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:27 AM) :

She's got a lot going on, especially on top, but it all works. I like how the tawny bit of fox helps call attention to her hair.

Anonymous Michelle said ... (6:19 AM) :

love it.

Anonymous Kathleen said ... (9:27 PM) :

Love her pose and expression, it adds to the whole concept or look of the outfit.

Not wild about the fur.
Otherwise, I like this. It's sexy and simple. For me, her smile, the scarf, the skinny pale denim, and her shoes are doing all the talking.
