Really really amazing ! I love her boots, it looks like the SS09' Marant... We saw her a few days ago on Garance Doré

Blogger catty said ... (8:47 AM) :

rock and chic, lovely!

Blogger La Clocharde said ... (8:50 AM) :

What a beautiful look.
I love everything, from head to toe...
And...
Are those the Isabel Marant's boots from her last collection??

Wonderful photo, as usual.
Cheers.

Blogger Sue | Saras | Sohf Travels said ... (8:58 AM) :

Love the style.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:10 AM) :

those boots are so beautiful,I want some too, sheila marquez is so pretty,it looks like pink?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:12 AM) :

So casually put together. Love this shot.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:15 AM) :

is this sheila? i adore her but this is a little over-done for me. wonderful shot though, immaculate as always.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:30 AM) :

she is soo pretty.... i love the hat...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:41 AM) :

love at first sight

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:48 AM) :

Regardless of the outfit, it's a lovely/stunning photo.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:51 AM) :

the bag is heavy for lady.
maybe burbury?
but looks good!

Blogger louise or valentine said ... (9:55 AM) :

oh, those shoes! that bag! her hair! I am in love with this look.

Blogger mette said ... (10:03 AM) :

A matching match. The bag(not so nice) mixes with the shoes(not so nice) and the longish T-shirt and again the coat with the black cap, all melting together in simple harmony. The girl pictured is pretty.

Blogger Sage said ... (10:10 AM) :

I like this, she has a sexy grunge look going... and those boots are wonderful!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:20 AM) :

The whole look is great but I am loving the bag!

Blogger Ivy Lane said ... (10:22 AM) :

Like parts of this ensemble..she is very petite..think that sweater and bag swallow her up! and those boots..I don't know..I think they look too chunky for her smatt little frame.. Beautiful gal though!

Blogger Dominica said ... (10:38 AM) :

I so love her bag, I think it's Burberry, I know I had doubts buying such a showstopper or another model...it's really lovely and goes exceptionelly well with this young lady's outfit !
Her shirt makes me thing of that French brand Zadig & Voltaire ; they also have these kind of shirts and sweaters (in mohair ....:-))

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:46 AM) :

Sart, do you think she would be able to come up with an outfit like that if designers didn't give models so much free stuff from their collections?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:52 AM) :

I gotta say, this doesn't look like anything special to me. Just a really, really thin girl in stylish but not outstanding clothes.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:01 AM) :

I saw her on Garance Doré's site a few days ago, too. Exact same killer outfit, exact same pose, different location. Coincidence? Either way, she rocks!

Blogger John B Pritchett said ... (11:08 AM) :

Fantastic! Being colder weather I would pull the pant legs down but it might ruin the effect. The whole look is done haphazardly but with thought. Love the boot toe pointing in whether on purpose or accident. Ah, Paris...

Blogger leather girl said ... (11:08 AM) :

I love every piece of this individually and together. While this could be overwhelming for some people, on her it looks brilliant. And.. I think I need to own those boots.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:09 AM) :

Beautiful pic and fashionable girl!

Blogger ryder said ... (11:13 AM) :

totally inspired by this outfit!

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (11:16 AM) :

Oh my! Love the bag & boots, just gorgeous!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:19 AM) :

She is SO beutifull.. AND I love the bag..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:23 AM) :

who makes those boots??! i love them.

Blogger MISS GLITZY said ... (11:25 AM) :

Were you with Garance when you met this lovely young girl? I love her style.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:27 AM) :

This outfit is a little bit too styled/co-ordinated for my taste but that's a great print on her T shirt and what a beautiful face she has - she doesn't need a lick of make-up, just right for a saturday morning!

Blogger Bluetramontana Style said ... (11:33 AM) :

nice girl, black forever..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:34 AM) :

If the vespa in the background is hers as well, she's ultra chic!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:35 AM) :

Pretty girl, very well composed photo. Style? It's ok but bfd.

Blogger Since Age Zero said ... (11:49 AM) :

LOVE her style. Also love the clean and natural face. She was on garancedore.fr last week.

Going to La Paris in December - CAN'T WAIT!!

WOW! If I were a girl ...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:05 PM) :

Superb beautiful behaviour.
Good day

Blogger Petulia said ... (1:10 PM) :

Not so sure about this look...the girl is v pretty, but the overall look is not stunning, however I really like the bag.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:17 PM) :

I saw her already on garancedore! She is adorable! Adn I want the same cap! Joanna

Blogger Trisha said ... (1:20 PM) :

I think I like her hair more than anything- overall it's a great look. The jacket is what makes it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:27 PM) :

ahhhh I want those booooots!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:33 PM) :

this is the first photo on here in a while that I can say "yes! I could wear this!"

she is gorgeous and the epitome of youthful cool.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:38 PM) :

Too bad about the pigeon toes.

Blogger MeganRose said ... (1:41 PM) :

I am in lust with her boots.

Blogger hiromix said ... (1:43 PM) :

in the garance doré picture the purple didn't show in her t and bag. so i do like this picture in terms of color. but on the other hand the alternative version offers a bonus, very sweet, yet stunning face.

she is gorgeous that sheila marquez... i wish i had a burberry prorsum bag, too!

Blogger LRB said ... (2:15 PM) :

I love her laid-back style mixed with a coat and bag that says "I'm seriously chic."

Blogger Agus! said ... (3:28 PM) :

I think this look describes perfectly the autumn look we are starting to see at the street

She's pretty and well dressed

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:41 PM) :

LOVE the boots

Blogger Wanderlusting said ... (3:45 PM) :

I've seen this photo on another blog - I hope they didn't use yours to pass it off as theirs! Otherwise it could be another street style photog also was captivated by this woman.

Loving the bag and how it picks up the colours of the shirt. Or visa versa.

Blogger Femme Fatale said ... (3:55 PM) :

I love this.
Edge without going overboard.
wonderful palette as well.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:10 PM) :

beautiful face, hair, beret and jacket.

Blogger xxxx said ... (5:05 PM) :

her boots are fucking rad

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:23 PM) :

her cheekbones are to die for!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:26 PM) :

i think this girl looks great. she is obviously very beautiful but this look screams "trend" to me. the upper half actually works for me, im not exactly sure of the textures of what she is wearing but it looks good. the lower half makes her look like she is trying a little too hard. if i were to wear this i would pair it with some APCs or a pair of slim black pants and real motercycle boots (slouchy buckle boots once again seem to "trendy" and for me this top begs for something classic). but...she is georgous!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:35 PM) :

Love it. The beret over the long hair especially, which gives a very feminine and chic touch to an essentially androgynous, Camden Town in the eighties look. As much as I usually dislike them, the leggings really work in this outfit.

Agree with other posters on this site that the pidgeon-toed stance is getting a little tiresome and strained. It shows a disappointing lack of confidence, when she looks great!

Blogger Luciano W said ... (6:29 PM) :

The best Blog !!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:56 PM) :

Am I the only one who isn't the biggest of fans of this look? Beautiful girl though.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:15 PM) :

I'm a little tired of the 'oversized knitted beanie hat over long, loose centre-parted hair' look - not that it doesn't look good (the juxtaposition of slouchy unisex with pretty femininity), I guess I've just seen SO many paparazzi shots of young starlets similarly bedecked.

Really interesting design on the sweater... for me, that would be sufficient sparkle/studding on one outfit.

This young lady is stunning, anyway.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:39 PM) :

I recognised her from garance but I am glad to see her outfit here... her jeans are a wonderful colour. The beanie-on-wavy hair is funny because I just read about that trend in the newspaper (she does it well).

HOWEVER.
People, please stop complaining about the so-called 'pigeon-toed' stance. Aesthetically, it isn't objectionable (and even if it were...) It angles the legs well and shows off one's shoes. It is simply how some people stand - projecting a 'lack of confidence' onto it is distasteful.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:00 PM) :

I think Sheila's boots are from Phi.
Unless she has two very similar pairs.

Blogger Sean said ... (9:36 PM) :

what dreams are made of.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:56 PM) :

Minn - I won't stop complaining about the pidgeon toed pose - it makes grown women look like five-year-olds. Elegance is at least 50 per cent confidence!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:42 AM) :

If she put this look together herself, we should all fear her powers. Superhumanly fetching. The graphic on her top ties the textures of this look together freakishly well, but her face is pulling its fair share of weight. Although the pigeon-toed stance bodes ill for future breeding efforts. I foresee an epidemic of hip dysplasia among pure-bred whippet-framed fashionistas. Bitterness aside--10 out of 10. A+.

Blogger Barock And Roll said ... (4:44 AM) :

I lov her bag!

Blogger Leah Catharina Euser said ... (4:47 AM) :

sheila!! i worked with her a couple seasons ago. she is such an incredible personality. and one with style, no less.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:48 AM) :

I love her shoes but especially her hair !

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:52 AM) :

she's a really beautiful girl. that makes more than half of the look! :P

great bag, fabulous sweater!

but in the end, for me it has no sense whatsoever to try the "grunge-y look" with couture clothes. it is a contradiction!

and personally I can't stand that style of boots.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:12 AM) :

This remembers me of the video I saw on style.com. A girl says: black always matches black. This girl knows how to match the black and with her pretty face she finishes it!

Absolutely gorgeous.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:35 PM) :

WOW the shoes are FAB!!

Blogger Amy Williams said ... (5:20 PM) :

This look is so awesome - those boots are insanely amazing!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:39 PM) :

I think it's a bit too matchy-matchy. Studs on her bag, shirt, and boots...I think one studded item would've been enough, but hey she's pretty and she pulls it off.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:05 AM) :

I think I'm in LOVE :)

Blogger ilaria_marotta said ... (6:30 AM) :

where can I find her boots? ... so nice!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:34 AM) :

Lizzy - standing in a certain way doesn't automatically mean someone has no confidence. That is all I am trying to get across. All the fuss over it is quite perplexing...

Blogger twelve.dollar.soup said ... (11:10 AM) :

The background is incredible.

I'm really not into this look, though. I don't think her outfit is anything special

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:35 PM) :

Maybe its cause ive grown up in texas but that shirt... yuck! perhaps if it wasnt so...shiny

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:16 PM) :

what a fab. look! I really like the subtle matching of the bag and the shirt

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:44 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:57 PM) :

Beuatiful shot! Love the reflection from the window behind the model. the bright colors in the background juxtapose perfectly with the dark clothes of the model(toes in, please.) Great shot!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:14 PM) :

umm I can taste those boots. I don't really like the bag but I love the coordination with the bag and the shirt.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:28 AM) :

what i would give for that bag... definitely a great look.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:34 AM) :

Just backing the pro pigeon toes camp. It does show off the embellishments on her gorgeous boots to best advantage.

Carine Roitfeld makes something of a signature of this, also, and she doesn't exactly come off as a shrinking violet...

I love to angle my own feet inwards for photographs, because it presents a much slimmer looking calf. One caveat - I'm a UK 10/12 (US 6/8) so I can use the extra help. Here, clearly not necessary!

Blogger Wilhelm Carñes said ... (11:38 AM) :

Say "no" to all things that bedazzle.

And something tells me if you need the jacket, you don't need the cropped jeans.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:44 AM) :

very rock'n'roll but natural, extremely nice!
