Simply beautiful and peaceful. The textures of the fabrics are so inviting. I love the lightness of color combined with the weight of the fabric.

I adore the color combination on the gentleman. But above all, I love his tan.

this is lovely... the pale blue is divine and i love the contrast between his scruffy ragged rugged face and the beautiful linen of the jacket. well played, sir, well played.

Ah, summer, pale blue and white linen up top and cotton trousers. Big linen pocket square, and the sleeves rolled back just a little. I like to fold back my jacket sleeves in the same manner, which causes conflict with my wife as she thinks it looks 'Vegas'. Well, this fellow doesn't look 'Vegas', he looks great.

Yay! So great to see some old favorites!
This guy is one of the coolest-looking, most sartorially wonderful guys on your blog. (The Painter is another). He just puts it together and carries it so well. Damn!
Did I mention how much I love your trips to Pitti?

Blogger Blaise said ... (9:15 PM) :

Wow! I didn't expect that pale blue would give such outfit a surprisingly fresh look..

Very Miami. What a nice way to wear summer but still look professional.

mltt

Now this is a look I can get into. No high Forest Gump pants I assume.

Perfect look. Summery, cool, stylish.

All his clothes are sort of hanging. If the climate is hot then this kind of dressing could be a relief.More colors-maybe darker ones would be my suggestion.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:59 AM) :

nice, but one would need to have a pretty tan skin tone to pull it off that well

Another one of our old Sartorial friends!

His last photo was so different and so fantastic!

What style this gentleman has.

Do he and Renata know each other?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:42 AM) :

With clothing he has captured the essence of clouds.

Blogger Unknown said ... (7:43 AM) :

I like this. Cool, relaxed, and comfortable.

Oh baby blue on an ex-baby - I just love this look. Wouldn´t it be nice to have an espresso with a lemon sorbet on an Italian terrace with this human looking man!

Always love to see him. Beautiful. Textures, color, cut...The jacket against the barely-there white shirt like handkerchief linen. The lovely pale blue and white, such a classic summer combo for anyone I think (not sure why other posts suggested this is a tan only look?)I also noticed the wrists of his jacket, he turned them up a bit and the pocket with the white echoed again. Yummy summer look.

Love it! so Cool and Fresh

I like this look so much better than the little Thom Brown jackets, sorry Sart. Looks summery, sophisticated & effortless without a bit of fashion victim status.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:44 PM) :

totally made me smile. Love it. His tan? .... what color is he suposed to be? he looks self assured and amazing.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:36 AM) :

i love every aspect of this. the face. the colours, the fit, the handkercheif, the necklace, the atitude.

the face.

i want to see his shoes.
